  2. Is the Barrett M107 .50-Caliber Sniper Rifle set for 3D printers? I have a printer thats prints over 2feet long i could print out one half and the half… with no major problems. also wondering if this is cut up into many prints. and if it is Hollow. i would like to make a prop out of it..

    • Hi Reece,

The Barrett M107 model should work very well for printing. It’s mostly solid, though I think the barrel is hollow and rifled, but this can be easily filled. In the original SolidWorks files, the main body is one single part, while the bipod, handle, etc are separate, so you can exclude them or move them if desired. I think some 3D printer prep software allows you to split bigger models.

If you’d like to send me your email, I’ll send you some section views showing the inside.

      • yeah that would be great some of the Receiver’s inside would be nice too. need to know how much spacing is inside going to put some Electronics inside. Thanks for your time on the matter.
